The ADHD Connection: Understanding, Acceptance & Belonging Across the Lifespan
The ADHD Connection is a series of supportive therapy groups designed to help people across the lifespan better understand themselves and their neurodivergent experiences. Whether you are newly exploring an ADHD identity, have lived with ADHD for years, or are supporting a neurodivergent loved one, these groups offer a space to feel seen, understood, and less alone.
Together, we’ll explore the ways ADHD can shape emotions, relationships, work and school, identity, self-esteem, parenting, and everyday life. Groups will provide opportunities to learn about ADHD, recognize your unique strengths and challenges, develop greater self-awareness, and replace shame and self-criticism with compassion and acceptance.
Most importantly, these groups are about connection. Connecting with yourself, connecting with others who truly understand, and finding a more compassionate way forward.
With most of our clinicians living with neurodivergence themselves, we facilitate these groups not only from a place of clinical knowledge and education but also lived experience, which can’t be taught in any school course or training.
Groups will be offered for teens, young adults, adult men, adult women, older adults, queer adults, AuDHD women, and parents of neurodivergent children.
A formal diagnosis is not required to attend our groups.

The group will be facilitated by one of our wonderful providers who is there to help guide discussions, share skills, and ensure the safety of the group space is maintained.
