Sophie Smetana Wagner
Graduate Level Counseling intern
“I support my clients in reclaiming their peace and joy after trauma, abuse, and mental health struggles, helping them connect to their inner light.”
Hi there, I'm Sophie! I'm unapologetically authentic, compassionate and adventurous. I love traveling, soaking up the sun, reading, music, doing yoga, and embroidery.
My Approach to Our Work
My therapy style is down to earth and laid back to create a space to feel comfortable and supported in sharing.
Helping you through growth and increased feelings of ease is what brings me the most joy.
I use a wide variety of therapeutic techniques during sessions to best fit your story.
My techniques that I use are anchored by person-centered approaches which means I respect that you are the expert of your own life and I want you to see & believe your progress.
