I create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment to help my clients work towards their mental health and wellness goals. Counseling is a collaborative process, and I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship lays the foundation for impactful work. I work with individual adults and young adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, and other life stressors. Having a space to talk through and explore difficult situations can help alleviate some of the negative symptoms you may be experiencing.

I use a person-centered and strength-based approach. I want to help you reach your full potential by exploring your experiences together and using your strengths. I often incorporate:
