Becoming a therapist is a late-stage career change for me that fulfills a life-long dream. Although I may be new as a therapist, I am well-seasoned as a human and helper and I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey.

These feelings are not uncommon when dealing with things like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions.

There are many options we can explore together to help you regain a sense of joy and fulfillment in your life.

My goal as a therapist-in training is to help you live your very best life.

As a former Nature Educator, I strive to help those struggling find the peace and fulfillment they seek by incorporating nature and the natural world into the therapeutic process.
