How to Set Energetic Boundaries and Stay True to Yourself Workshop
Join us for a day of connection to self as we explore your energetic boundaries while staying true to you.
What are energetic boundaries?
They are the invisible, yet profoundly felt, containers of the self that separate your personal energy, feelings, and thoughts from those of others.
Why are energetic boundaries important?
They help you maintain your sense of self, feel safe and stable, and avoid absorbing the emotional or physical tension of other people, places, or the collective.
