“Healing doesn’t have to look a certain way. Let’s find a way that feels like you.”

I’m not really a one-size-fits-all kind of therapist. I believe healing is messy, nonlinear, sometimes surprising, and definitely not a journey that comes with an instruction manual.

My work focuses on trauma, emotional processing, and supporting people living with chronic pain and illness. I’m interested in all the ways our experiences shape us—not just mentally, but emotionally, physically, and spiritually, too. Because let’s be honest, we’re whole humans, not just brains walking around in bodies!

My Approach to Our Work

My approach brings together mind, body, and spirit to help you better understand yourself, make room for your emotions, and reconnect with the parts of you that might have gotten lost in the shuffle. I love exploring the why behind our patterns, getting curious about what our bodies might be telling us, and making space for the feelings we’ve been trying to shove into a metaphorical junk drawer.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you (because you’re not broken!), checking boxes, or following someone else’s rules for what healing should look like. It’s about figuring out what works for you—with curiosity, compassion, a little creativity, and room to be your wonderfully complicated human self.

You don’t have to show up with a plan, the perfect words, or your life neatly organized. Come as you are. We’ll figure things out together, one step, one feeling, and sometimes one “well, that explains a lot!” moment at a time.

When I’m not in the office you’ll probably find me doing yoga, reading, watching a movie (Star Wars and Lord of the Rings are personal favorites), baking or enjoying the outdoors. One of my favorite places to spend time is at my parents farm where I can enjoy the peace and grounding energy of the outdoors and the animals there.
