Hannah Winter
Advanced practice social worker
“I work alongside clients to identify their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and move toward the life they want to create.”
I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore past experiences, navigate current challenges, and build meaningful change. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and the lasting impact of trauma.
My Approach to Our Work
I utilize an eclectic approach to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create lasting change.
