Emily Petersdorff
Advanced Practice Social Worker
“I support my clients in reclaiming their peace and joy after trauma, abuse, and mental health struggles, helping them connect to their inner light.”
I create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to process your feelings and heal from the past. Anxiety, trauma, and other mental health struggles can be extremely difficult to manage and can take a lot of the joy away from life. My goal as a therapist is to help you reclaim your power, peace, and joy again amidst struggles, so that you can feel confident about your future.
My Approach to Our Work
My therapy style is relational, relaxed, and holistic; I adapt my sessions to meet your needs! I would love to support you in creating a safe space to allow for healing, growth, and transformation.
I believe that everyone deserves to seek peace and light in their life, and I would love to accompany you on your journey.
When I am not at work I love to create art/crafts, take care of my plants, hang out at the library/ coffee shop, spend time with my cats, or go hiking!
