Grounding Workshop - Nature Walk, Mindfulness, Creativity, & More!
Join Emily for a day of nature, guided mindfulness and grounding activities, and connection with others.
As the seasons change, it can bring up a lot of feelings of instability or fear. Change is not easy and can feel destabilizing.
This Grounding Workshop will help you focus on grounding into the things that matter, re-connecting to a sense of stability and peace within ourselves, and rooting into a sense of hope and trust.
At the workshop, you’ll enjoy a comforting space for you to deepen your creativity and sense of calm through guided activities.
Come alone or register with friends and family! Anyone 12 and older is welcome.
What is grounding?

Connection with others
Time appreciating nature
