Feel welcomed as you walk into the waiting room where you will see calming and fun decor and hear island-inspired music to help create a relaxing environment while you wait to meet with one of our warm, compassionate, and qualified therapists.

We are located on the 2nd floor of the Fairview Building, which is directly across from Mayfair Mall on North Ave in Wauwatosa. You will find some street parking on North Ave and a full parking lot in the back of the building. Parking, restrooms, and my office are accessible to those who may experience a disability.

Office Hours

Office hours are generally between 9 am - 5 pm on Mondays - Thursdays and 9 am - 2 pm on Fridays. These hours and days in the office vary for each therapist. Please contact us to find out what each of our schedules are.

We live in a demanding world that results in busy lives and hectic schedules, but that shouldn't stop us from taking care of our health. If it feels difficult for you to find time to schedule appointments, here are some possible ways to make it easier:

  • Schedule recurring sessions for the same day and time each week to help ensure availability and consistency

  • Schedule sessions during a break at work or school

  • Arrive late or leave early from work or school on the days of your sessions*

  • Online counseling can help create more flexibility for you to attend sessions
